County and Regional Championships

County Championships

The County Championships (or 'Counties') are for age group swimmers aged 10 and over and are held over several weekends in January and February. Entry times (which must be achieved in a licenced competition during the previous year) are challenging and getting into the Championships is an achievement in itself.

Swimmers have the chance to test themselves against the best swimmers in the county. Points are awarded for positions in each event entered. Participating in the County Championships is the main route into the Nova squad.

2022 information is now available - see below:

Additional information will be made available on the Notts ASA County Championships website, and includes information on the County Relays.

Individual Bramcote SC qualifiers will be e-mailed with information on how to enter. If you haven’t received this e-mail by late November, please contact [email protected]

At the discretion of the coaching team, swimmers may be selected to represent the club in a relay even if they don’t have an individual qualifying time. Team selections will be made in early 2022.

'County Relays'
