Bramcote Open 2024 - Results and Thank-yous

Well, what an exciting Open Meet we had at Bramcote! The leisure centre was packed with swimmers, supporters, officials, Butlers the medal engravers and the Sporty Swim pop-up shop. Also three of our Bramcote swimmers set up a stall selling "Pre Loved" second hand equipment - so a big thank you to Lara Ogdon, Beatrice Lin & Chloe Rawson !

We would like to thank all the swimmers, coaches, officials and helpers who attended The Bramcote 2024 Open Meet this year and made it a great success. A special shout out to our Referees and all the officials from our visiting clubs. Thanks also to those that helped set up the night before and stayed behind to tidy up.
We saw lots of great swims, with many PB's and county times. The automated timing equipment and display from Fox Gala Timings made it a very slick & professional looking affair, as well as giving spectators the ability to lookup results online. Thank you Paul from Fox Gala Timings for making it happen!
Top Visiting Club
We had clubs from Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Staffordshire and Nottinghamshire, but at the end, we can say a big 'well done' to Coalville SC who won the Top Visiting Club Trophy for the third year running.

Date for Next Year's Diary...
We hope to see you all back for the Bramcote 2025 Open which will be in late November 2025. Date to be confirmed. It will be a special event as we will be celebrating our club’s 60th Anniversary next year.
