Second session of Club Champs and Medley Skins competition

Hello and big congratulations to all swimmers who battled it out last night in the second session of our Club Champs.
A very big thank you to all volunteers who generously gave their time last night. We cannot run these events without your kind support.
It was a very exciting session, with normal racing for only two events (100m breast-stroke and 200m Individual Medley), then it was capped off with the eagerly anticipated Medley Skins competition.
What is a Medley Skins Competition?
It's a knock out competition where the top 6 swimmers from the Club Champs 200IM for each age group (the 11 & under, 12/13/14 year and 15 & over age-groups) race against each other in a series of 50m races where the stroke is selected at random. The swimmers only have 3 minutes between each swim so it is a real test of speed and stamina.
A huge well done to all competitors in the Medley Skins for a tight competition - kudos to the Winners and Runners up. A special shout out for 'Team Manley' who scored two wins out of 6 races, and nearly scored a third win in the 6th and final race.
