Entries closed for Open Meet but some spaces left for late entries!

We have now closed entries to Bramcote 2025 Open, as our official closing date was 8.11.25.
Thank you to all swimmers and clubs who entered this year’s Bramcote Open.
The Open is pretty full and we look forward to a full day of Racing. We do have a few spare lanes in some events in both sessions, any additional entries now will only be looked at on a first come first served and swim-by-swim basis.
Please can all Clubs/ Swimmers check the final entry list (Bramcote Open 2025 Club Accepted Entry List - latest.pdf) and notify the Open organizers of any withdrawals or corrections ASAP, by email to [email protected]
All notifications should be submitted ASAP. A waiting list will be created for swimmers who wish to amend their events on a first come first served basis to fill up any free spaces in heats.
A revised entry list will be published on our Open Meet Web page from time to time as required.
All withdrawals must be received by email by 6pm Saturday 29th November 2025 , the night before the event - so start sheets for session 1 can be published the night before to save time on the day of the meet.
A provisional time line will be published just prior to the event.
